Artwork Guidelines

Great prints start with great artwork. Here is exactly what we need, and what happens if your file needs a little work.

Files we accept

Maximum print sizes

Our full colour transfers are limited by width. Our largest full front or full back print is thirty five centimetres wide by forty tall, which fits every garment size from small to extra large. These are the maximum print areas per placement.

Send artwork at or below these sizes. If your file is larger we scale it to fit while keeping the proportions. Not sure? We will confirm sizing on your proof before printing.

What prints best

Do

High resolution, ideally 300 dpi at print size
Vector files where possible, they scale perfectly
Artwork on a transparent background
The exact colours you want printed

Try to avoid

Small images pulled from social media or the web
Blurry, pixelated or heavily compressed files
Screenshots of a design rather than the file itself
Low resolution AI generated images

How to send it

Upload your file on the product page when you order, or email it to [email protected] with your order number.

If your artwork needs work

We check every design free before printing. If the quality is too low to print well, you have two clear choices.

We check it, free. Every file is reviewed before anything is printed, at no charge.
We tidy it up, from £15. We redraw or clean up your design and send you a proof to approve. Larger or more detailed logos are priced individually.
Or print as supplied. Prefer your own file as is? We print exactly what you sent. You accept the result reflects the file quality, so we cannot refund print as supplied orders for quality.

Approval

Whichever you choose, we always send a proof and only print once you approve it.
