Ordering
Is there a minimum order?
No. Order a single piece or a thousand, your choice. The price per item drops as the quantity goes up.
How much does printing cost?
Use the instant quote on any product page. Price depends on the garment, the print placement and the quantity. Larger runs cost less per item. Your exact price is confirmed once we have seen your artwork.
How do I pay?
You order and pay securely online at checkout, just like any online shop.
Artwork
What files can I send?
PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, AI and EPS. For the sharpest result send high resolution artwork, ideally three hundred dpi at print size, or a vector file.
What if my design is low quality?
We check every design free before printing. If it is too low quality to print well we will tell you, and offer to tidy it up from £15, more for larger or detailed logos, or print it exactly as supplied if you prefer.
Do you keep my design?
We keep it on file so reorders are quick and easy. We never use your artwork for anything else.
Printing and placement
What print placements can I have?
On apparel you can choose full back, back top, front full and front breast, and combine placements across the front and back. Caps, mugs and bags have a single print area suited to the item.
Do you do kids sizes?
Yes, we stock both adult and kids sizes on our apparel range.
Delivery and returns
How long does it take?
Once your proof is approved we send it to print, press it, quality check it and ship. We aim for a fast turnaround. Larger orders may take a little longer.
What does delivery cost?
Tracked UK Mainland delivery, priced by order size: six pounds ninety nine for one to three items, nine pounds ninety nine for four to eight, and fourteen pounds ninety nine for nine or more. Free over seventy five pounds on smaller orders, and free over one hundred and fifty pounds on medium orders. Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands are not covered, contact us for a quote.
Can I return a printed item?
Because printed items are made to order for you, they cannot be returned unless faulty or not as agreed. Plain unprinted stock can be returned within fourteen days. See our returns page for full details.
