Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 19 July 2026  ·  Business name: SubhMade  ·  Trading address: 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX  ·  Email: [email protected]

These terms apply when you place an order with SubhMade through our website or by any other sales channel we tell you about. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Our products

SubhMade sells custom printed goods made to order using artwork supplied by you. Some products may be personalised, and some may be standard unprinted items.

2. Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer. If any term in these conditions conflicts with your legal rights, your legal rights apply.

3. Custom and personalised goods

Where a product is made to your specifications or clearly personalised, the right to cancel does not usually apply once production has started. This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

4. Artwork

You confirm that any artwork, logo, image, text, or design you send us is either owned by you or used with permission. You are responsible for making sure your design does not infringe copyright, trade mark, or other rights belonging to someone else.

We may refuse or cancel any order if we believe the artwork is unlawful, offensive, infringing, or otherwise unsuitable for printing.

5. Proofs and approval

Where relevant, we will provide a proof showing colours, placement, sizing, and other material details before printing begins.

You are responsible for checking the proof carefully before approval, including spelling, layout, colours, and placement.

If you approve a proof, we are not responsible for errors that appear in the final product because the approved proof contained those same errors.

This does not limit our responsibility where the finished product does not match the approved proof because of our own production error.

6. Artwork quality

We review artwork before printing and may contact you if the file quality is too low to print well.

If we believe the file may not reproduce clearly, we may offer either:

  1. cleanup or redraw work from £15, with larger or more detailed logos priced individually, followed by a new proof; or
  2. printing the artwork exactly as supplied.

If you choose to print as supplied, you accept that the final result will reflect the quality of the file you provided.

7. Pricing

Any price shown before final artwork review is an estimate unless we tell you otherwise.

We will confirm the final price before production begins. If a genuine pricing error has occurred, we may correct it and give you the chance to continue or cancel your order.

8. Payment

Payment must be made using the payment methods offered at checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order if payment is not completed successfully.

9. Delivery

We currently deliver to UK Mainland addresses only. We do not currently deliver to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, or the Isle of Man, contact us for a quote if you are in one of these areas.

Delivery times are estimates only. We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible after artwork approval, but we do not guarantee a specific delivery date unless we expressly say so.

Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you provide, except where the law says otherwise.

10. Returns and refunds

If a product is faulty, damaged, not as described, or does not match the approved proof, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at [email protected].

For personalised or made to order goods, the usual cancellation right does not apply once production has started. For any non-personalised or standard stock items, we will deal with returns in line with applicable consumer law and any return policy we publish.

If a return is approved, we may ask for photographs or other reasonable evidence of the issue before offering a replacement, repair, or refund.

11. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Subject to the paragraph above, we are only responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of contract or negligence.

12. Care of printed items

Follow the care instructions provided with your order and on our Care Instructions page. Full colour prints are durable when cared for correctly, but incorrect washing, drying, or ironing, including high heat, bleach, or tumble drying over a print, can cause fading, cracking, or peeling.

We are not liable for fading, cracking, peeling, or other damage to a print caused by not following the care instructions, or by normal wear and fair use over time.

13. Availability and refusal of orders

We may suspend, cancel, or refuse any order if we reasonably believe it is unlawful, infringing, offensive, or impossible to fulfil.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.

15. Contact

If you have questions about these terms, contact us at [email protected].
