Custom printed items
Because printed items are made to order and personalised for you, they cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty or not as agreed. This does not affect your legal rights where an item is faulty.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or different from the proof you approved, contact us within fourteen days of delivery at [email protected] with photos. We will put it right with a replacement or refund.
Plain unprinted items
Any plain unprinted stock items may be returned within fourteen days in unused, resalable condition. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item was faulty.
